Empowering Global Leaders
Our conferences focus on deep leadership training and vital networking, providing local pastors with the tools and connection they need to transform their communities.
WHY IT MATTERS
Only 5% of pastors are trained
There are about 2.2 million pastors in the world, and only 5% are formally trained. Many lead growing churches without ever having received biblical or leadership training.
OUR CORE VISION
Training leaders
Training pastors and leaders is one of the core values and visions of Reach The Unreached Missions. Through our Pastors & Leaders Conferences, we train and equip indigenous pastors and leaders, so new believers are cared for long after a crusade ends.
OUR IMPACT
35,816+
pastors and leaders trained and equipped worldwide
And this is just the beginning. We are trusting the Lord to train and equip thousands more, because the world needs God-fearing, God-loving leaders.
